Sleep Robbers

'Sleep Robbers' are self-induced Spirits that, night after night, rob you of much needed sleep. These Spirits emanate from your soul based on your thought process. If you are thinking negative, immoral, or lustful thoughts as you drift off to sleep, you are activating these amoral Spirits that hinder your ability to get a good nights rest. Once these nocturnal bandits are controlled you will rest peacefully, even if you only sleep 4 to 6 hours.

Drink four to six one-pint bottles of water every day or the equivalent in glasses of water. This will keep you hydrated and it helps keep your mind clear. Do not over-indulge in alcohol consumption. Do not ever resort to pills or medication to help you sleep.

Regardless of what you are dealing with in life be careful not to use alcohol or medication as a crutch. You must heal yourself, or correct sleep deprivation naturally, without any man-made substances.

Go to sleep each night thinking positive, uplifting thoughts. When you drift off to sleep thinking about bills, you activate a "lacking Spirit." If you go to sleep entertaining strong sexual thoughts, you activate the "whoremonger spirit" or the "spirit of lust." If you're thinking about how someone "did you wrong today, or yesterday," you activate a "Vengeful Spirit." All the aforementioned Spirits are "Sleep Robbers" and throughout the night they naw at your subconscious mind, hindering your sleep in the process.

Stay away from anger and resentment as these emotions invoke very disturbing Spirits. These deleterious Spirits actually stay with you all day long and into the night. Believe it or not, these are Spirits that have decided for whatever reason, not to move on. When you dwell on negativity, this draws them closer to you and they linger.

The apparitions linger because you are providing a quenching for their craving. Your thoughts are energy, otherwise they have nothing physical to attach to their haunting hankerings. Thoughts and negative emotions, give these entities something to latch on to. Sounds a little weird, but it's true. I have lived it, I have experienced it.
