How to Raise Your Vibrational Frequency

To live the life you desire, you must raise the frequency of your vibration. In other words, you must positively increase your energy level. Consciousness and vibrational frequency work in tandem.

In a low frequency, consciousness is diminished and perception is limited. In a high frequency, consciousness is enhanced and perception is heightened.

A low frequency affects your comprehension and connection to Source. This occurs because the ego adversely affects the life-flow that emanates from Source Energy. It also restricts the flow of intuition and love. The higher the frequency, the better the comprehension, because it allows a greater flow of life-force.

Holding a higher vibration and radiating unconditional love, raises the consciousness of all people who come into contact with that particular field of energy.

Emotions act as a bio-chemical feedback system because they constantly reflect to you, the level of your vibration. There are billions of varying frequencies within the range of negative and positive. Therefore, it's critical that we distinguish between the two contrasting variants. This may sound complex but the simplest way to determine which is which is based on how you feel. If the emotion doesn't feel good, that's a low vibration. If you feel good, that's a bio-chemical indication that you are in a higher vibration.

Most have experienced the health benefits of sex. Every climax triggers the release of hormones that have the power to restore harmony to mind, body and your immediate environment.

"Orgasm in men and women causes the release of oxytocin (hormones made in the brain, transported to the pituitary gland), one of the brain's stress-reducing chemicals," explains Dr. Paul Zak, PhD (author of The Moral Molecule: The Source of Love and Prosperity).

In the book, Metu Neter, Vol. 2, author Ra Un Nefer Amen, writes about the "Egyptian System of Spiritual Cultivation" and how sex between two people in a loving relationship, was actually utilized to solve problems. Talk about increasing your vibration! Is there a better way?

This is also why sex, love-making, fornication (whatever you care to label it) is not something to take lightly. Because, just as it can increase your energy level, used improperly, it can literally blow up in your face.

Thoughts create emotions and your emotions reflect your thoughts. Thoughts are a vibration so you're thinking about something that resonates a high or a low vibration, all the time. This is where meditation comes in handy. If you need to clear your mind, if you need to re-focus, meditate for 10-20 minutes, every single day. It will take time to learn how to meditate properly, but once you get it down, it will assist in your efforts to raise your vibrational frequency.

Obviously this is much easier stated than done. You have bills that are due; car note, mortgage or rent; how can you not worry about these rather pressing issues? Come to the realization, in that moment, if you're not going to click the "Pay Now" button, don't even go to the website and don't take your thoughts there.

Stay in the moment; which means working overtime, making arrangements to pay later, or getting a second job. If you can't find one, keep looking! Again, worrying about the situation only exacerbates the problem and what does this do? Right! You're lowering your vibration; perpetually digging a hole for yourself.

Methods to enhance vibrational frequency:
  • Listen to music, any music or genre that makes you feel good.
  • Spend time with people, places, and things that hold a high frequency; such as people who make you laugh, spiritual teachers (not charlatans asking you for 10 percent of your income), plants, and animals.
  • Inspirational books, movies, TV shows, comedies, laughter.
  • Light exercise on a consistent basis, coupled with a lean diet. Ride a stationary bike while watching your favorite comedy or reading a good book. Walking in general is extremely therapeutic and clears the mind.
  • Aromatherapy issued through topical application, such as: massage, inhalation or water immersion to stimulate a desired positive response. 
  • Random acts of kindness; and don't talk about what you do, just do it anonymously.

Viktor Frankl, M.D., PhD, was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist as well as a Holocaust survivor. He lived to the ripe old age of 92. His final college exam, he wrote a paper on the psychology of philosophical thinking. His manner of thinking would later come in handy.

The key is to focus on the truth that you are an Eternal Being of Light Energy, which makes you an extremely powerful creator in you own right. We perpetually create the good, bad and mediocre of our lives via our thoughts and emotions.
